Meagan Morscher

Meagan Morscher presented the benefits of advanced algorithms in solving the gravitational N-body problem at a Computational Thinking workshop for 7th-12th grade STEM teachers. Meagan introduced algorithmic thinking as a method for attacking problems of all types, with or without the use of computers. As an example, she described her computational research on the dynamics of star clusters as an algorithm and discussed how advanced algorithmic techniques have revolutionized her field of research.
